So, this is how I'm gonna run this shit. 10-12 Weeks. Eight Man Playoffs. This will take place October 5th. The first two contenders matches will take place in the fourth week. So on, so forth. There will be a few changes. There will NOT be lists of Topics to pick from. There will be one topic for each battle. People find it difficult to judge pieces that are on totally different topics. So I want to see writers come up with different concepts for ONE specific topic. The first couple weeks will basically be random drafts picks then it'll go by record.
The heavyweight championship will be defended throughout the season, and at the end of the regular season will be made defunct and vacated until next season. At this point, the playoffs will begin and the top ranked 8 guys will head into the playoffs in search of the season championship.
There will be a 20 line minimum rule. This is not only to protect writers from the chance their opponent drops the last minute but to help writers showcase their work for feedback even if they get no showed. There will be a 30 line limit except for title matches that'll be 60. House rules apply.
Overall, this should be a dope league. I'll have Magazines up every monday. Hopefully I can find someone to make a few dope titles for y'all to rock if you can become champion. Going so hype promotions for the contenders and champ matches like some ufc shit. Let's have fun and write dopeness!
